Delivery Information
Orders are delivered to the front of your home, business, or warehouse. Many Unirack Protect products are heavy-duty industrial items and may be delivered on pallets. If your order is palletised, a forklift may be required for unloading. If forklift access is not available, we may be able to arrange tail-lift delivery depending on your location. Additional freight charges may apply. If you are unsure about unloading requirements, please contact our team before placing your order.
Delivery Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on order size and weight, delivery location, and freight carrier availability. You can estimate shipping using the freight calculator in the shopping cart. For large orders or remote locations, freight may need to be manually quoted. Our team will contact you with the best available freight option before dispatch.
Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
Most orders are picked and packed within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are 2–3 business days for metro areas and 3–5 business days for regional areas. Remote locations may take longer depending on freight routes. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability and freight providers.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking details will be provided where available so you can monitor the delivery.
Delivery Inspection
All goods are insured while in transit. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If goods appear damaged, do not sign for the delivery and contact our team immediately. If damage is discovered after unpacking, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Signature on Delivery
Most freight carriers require a signature on delivery as proof of receipt. If goods are requested to be left unattended, Unirack Protect cannot accept responsibility for lost or missing items after delivery.
Warehouse Collection
Orders can also be collected from our warehouse locations by arrangement. Please contact our team before arrival so we can ensure your order is ready for collection. Our warehouse staff will assist with loading your order where required.
Returns & Warranty
Returns
If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be unused, returned in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. A restocking fee may apply for change-of-mind returns. Freight costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Product Warranty
Unirack Protect products are covered by a minimum 12â– month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.
Product Availability
While we aim to keep most items in stock, availability may vary for larger orders. If you require a large quantity for a project, please contact our team to confirm stock availability. All prices are inclusive of GST and may change without notice.
